We offer same-day or next-day delivery within the UAE. For other GCC countries, shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings and swimwear cannot be returned.
