At H&A Middle East, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your H&A account and navigate to 'Order History' to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals are intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  Once your request is approved, our shipping partner will contact you within 48 hours to collect the package from your doorstep.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
